Our returned policy

  
  Our policy is simple. We give you full refund for the products you purchased from us, provided that the products are not used, and they are in the original boxes with all accessories and hardware, returned to our warehouse with a return authorization obtained from us marked clearly on the outside of each box freight prepaid and insured. You can obtain a return authorization by calling 1-516-967-5560.

Warranty

We give you 12 years warranty for material and workmanship.

Shipping & Insurance Charges

Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable by us. They are paid to the shipping and insurance companies. The monies is not with us, therefore they can not be refunded by us.

Damaged products

1 - Please check all packages you receive for any in transit damages.

2 - If you find package is damaged in transit. Please file a DAMAGE CLAIM FORM with the carrier who delivered your package and Fax or E-mail copy to us.

Without a claim form number and return of damaged package, we can not send you replacement or refund.
